Please present a printed or virtual copy of this card with your purchase at the cashier. Orders can also be placed at the kiosk, on StarbirdChicken.com, or via our mobile app. Guests are required to provide an email address at the time of online purchase. Orders can be picked up or delivered, with no order minimum. This fundraiser does not apply to third-party delivery apps or catering orders.

For online or kiosk orders, use code FMS at checkout, and 15% of your purchase will be donated to the Foothill Middle School PFA. Note: if the code is not used, the donation will not be applied.
